Sandra Howard Robinson is the founder and sole owner of Quality Culture Consulting Ltd. With over two decades of experience in quality management, process optimization, and operational excellence, she partners with organizations to embed a culture of quality that drives efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement. 

Sandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Quality Systems from Bowling Green State University and an Associate of Applied Science in Industrial Design from Sinclair Community College. As a Six Sigma Green Belt and an ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/OE, she specializes in aligning businesses with ISO9001, AS9100, and industry QMS best practices. 

Before founding Quality Culture Consulting Ltd., Sandra held key leadership positions in aerospace manufacturing firms, including L3Harris, FC Industries, and Belcan Engineering. She led cross-functional teams, implemented digital QMS solutions, and enhanced supplier quality management processes. Her expertise in compliance, risk management, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies has helped companies achieve measurable and sustainable improvements.
