Sandra Howard Robinson is the founder and owner of Quality Culture Consulting Ltd., where she helps organizations build business systems that people trust, leaders champion, and teams naturally follow.
With more than 20 years of experience in quality management, operational excellence, and business process improvement, Sandra believes that quality is far more than compliance—it is the culture that shapes how organizations think, solve problems, and achieve lasting results.
Her consulting philosophy extends beyond implementing standards. She partners with organizations to simplify complex systems, strengthen leadership engagement, improve employee ownership, and create practical processes that support sustainable growth. Whether supporting a small business establishing foundational processes or helping a manufacturer strengthen its Quality Management System, her focus remains the same: building cultures where quality becomes part of everyday work.
Sandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Quality Systems from Bowling Green State University and an Associate of Applied Science in Industrial Design from Sinclair Community College. She is a Six Sigma Green Belt and an ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), with expertise in ISO 9001, AS9100, risk-based thinking, continuous improvement, process optimization, internal auditing, and organizational performance.
